We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, regardless of your location. Because our products are oversized and require specialized handling, we partner with professional freight carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Due to the nature of oversized items, each piece undergoes a final quality inspection and specialized crating/packaging to prevent damage during international transit.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping oversized goods globally involves complex logistics, including sea or air freight, port handling, and local specialized trucking. Therefore, delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Specialized Delivery (Curbside Delivery)
Please be advised that for oversized items, delivery is typically "Curbside".

The carrier will deliver the item to the curb or the end of your driveway.

Drivers are not authorized to bring items inside your home, up stairs, or perform assembly.

We strongly recommend arranging assistance to move the item into your premises upon arrival.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is handed over to the international carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. For oversized freight, tracking updates may sometimes have gaps while the item is in transit between international hubs.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
When shipping internationally, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.

Inspection and Damage Protocol
Your satisfaction is our priority, but oversized items are more sensitive during long-distance transport.

Upon delivery, you must inspect the packaging thoroughly.

If you notice any significant damage to the box/crate, please write "Damaged upon arrival" on the delivery receipt before signing.

Take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us at collecthor.uk@gmail.com within 48 hours. This allows us to file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue for you.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails because the provided address was incorrect or the customer was unreachable after multiple attempts by the carrier, the customer may be responsible for additional storage fees or return shipping costs.
